MULTISPORT Coaching 

Customized training program based on an extensive client questionnaire and interview. Specific goals will be established, continuously monitored and refined as you progress through your training.

Program Details: 

  • Initial consult in person if possible or by phone/Zoom.

  • Program delivered in 1 week intervals via Training Peaks with custom swim, bike and run program design.

  • Changes can be implemented for the next weeks plan.

  • Weekly scheduled communication by phone, Zoom or email.

  • Unlimited communication; response within 24 - 48 hours.

Individual one-on-one swim, bike, run and strength sessions are also available for an additional charge. Please contact me to discuss options. 

Minimum 3 month enrollment is required, month to month thereafter. 

*Changes within the 1 week blocks are not generally included but we can discuss how to change the plan to fit your schedule if needed.
*More extensive program changes, detailed conversations and discussions on relevant topics can be arranged for additional fees.

WINTER 2025 GROUP SPIN SESSIONS

 We’ve been spinning strong all Fall and the plan is to keep the momentum going until Spring. I’m happy to announce our Winter spin dates below. We will focus on structured rides with appropriate build progressions for VO2 max, sweet spot threshold and strength focused aerobic endurance. When you sign up you will have access to the recorded Zoom session for one week.

 If you have a smart trainer, the prebuilt workout is available on Trainerroad as part of the Bee3 Team. You do not need a smart trainer to get all the benefits of these sessions. Just show up, work hard and reap all the strength gains.

Session Times:

Tuesday Morning 7am

60-75 min VO2 max focused ride plus a 10 min dynamic stretch routine

Winter block: Jan 7 – Mar 25

No sessions Feb 11 and 18

10 weeks $157.00 (including GST)

 

Saturday Morning 8am

2.5-3.5 hour outdoor ride simulation with a focus on building strength and stamina. Dynamic stretches included after each ride.

Winter block: Jan 4 – Mar 22

No sessions Feb 8 and 15

10 weeks $265.00 (including GST)
