Spring Starter Triathlon Camp 2025

Date: Thursday May 8 to Monday May 12

This will be a great opportunity to dial in your race strategy for Victoria 70.3, Hawaii 70.3 and Oliver races or kick off your Spring training for the 2025 season.

Location: Osoyoos, BC

Accommodations: The plan is to stay in a few houses that are in the same complex in Osoyoos. It will be so much easier to share time and meals together as well as share the common space, and hot tub. Also, no driving between accommodations anymore, yay.

There are options for shared rooms, 2 people per room, and a few single accommodations for a slightly higher rate. If we fill our current houses, the plan will be to book another so no one will be sleeping in common spaces if they don’t want to. At this point, I think the accommodations will be around $500 but will confirm once we have the full attendance numbers.

Fees: 650+ GST (not including accommodations)

As usual, I will be swimming, biking, and running with you, but will have a SAG vehicle(s) and a sweep rider looking after you.  The following plan is tentative, and you will do the distance(s) that makes sense for you. All abilities are welcome, and you will not be on your own 😊

Included:

  • This year you will receive custom team apparel

  • Introduction and social night

  • We will also have a few presentations covering topics on nutrition, bike maintenance, transition bag prep and strength & conditioning

  • Private yoga session at Wild Daisy Yoga

  • Team dinner and wine tasting at Chain Reaction Winery

  • Snacks and fueling options in the SAG vehicles

  • Post workout smoothie bar

  • Maps and GPX files will be available for all run and ride routes.

Registration:

To secure your place at camp, a $350 deposit is required. This is a non-refundable housing deposit of $150 for your spot in the house and the remainder goes towards your camp fees. You can e-transfer to tanya@bee3fitness.com

If you’ve ever wondered about Tri Camp and hesitated to give it a go, I strongly encourage you to seek out Tanya Jones and go to camp with her.
I recently had the good fortune of attending Tanya’s training camp in Oliver. It was fabulous. Tanya is well organized and skill oriented while planning for fun and engaging activities. We had many opportunities to challenge ourselves physically and mentally through a variety of courses and activities. Tanya made doing the camp a breeze from well planned courses to support vehicles and prearranged housing. It was a great opportunity to meet other athletes, learn from others and push the limits in a supportive environment. I would highly recommend her camp and Tanya as a coach. She is knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I can honestly say we all left the weekend a little more confident in ourselves and with a real feeling of community. Thanks Tanya.
