STRENGTH CONDITIONING

I believe in functional movement workouts and the efficient use of your valuable time. Customized fitness programs can be brought to you, where you can work out in the comfort of your own gym or home or you can come to Groundwork Athletics, 2255 King George Blvd Unit#105, Surrey, BC V4A 5A4.

Your initial session includes a full assessment to establish your baseline fitness and determine your current and long term goals. From there, your fitness program will be generated with functional movements and safety in mind. In order to be successful I believe in open communication and we will work together to determine the best approach for motivation and accountability. 

CUSTOM PROGRAM DESIGN

Initial Assessment and Program Design - $255.00

3 Sessions (one hour each)

Session 1: Fitness assessment to establish a baseline of your current fitness and review goals. 

Session 2: Perform custom program with all the proper form and safety techniques and determine if any changes need to be made. 

Session 3: Review changes, form and safety techniques so you can continue on your own for 4-6 weeks.

Follow up sessions can be scheduled to review and monitor your progress and update your program in order to maximize your ability to reach your goals.

Self Directed Follow Up - $150.00

Self directed follow up sessions can be scheduled to review and monitor your progress and update your program in order to maximize your ability to reach your goals. This will consist of a 20-minute phone call to review current program, assess your progress and discuss future goals and program preferences. A one on one session to present a new custom training plan with PDF of training notes.

One on One Strength Conditioning

For any client that has already completed an initial assessment. Custom strength conditioning program with appropriate progressions based on current fitness and goals. A PDF of session notes is available upon request. Session packages can be purchased in bundles of 10 or 20.

10 sessions at $85/hr - $850.00

20 sessions at $75/hr - $1500.00

Semiprivate Strength Conditioning

For groups of 2 that have already had an individual initial assessment. Custom strength conditioning program with appropriate progressions based on current fitness and goals. A PDF of session notes is available upon request. Session packages can be purchased in bundles of 10 or 20.

10 sessions at $50/hr - $500.00 each

20 sessions at $45/hr - $900.00 each

All sessions are based on 1 hour. To cancel a session, 24 hour notice is required and the session will be re-booked. Less than 24 hours cancellation results in no refund.
